Karen Bailey-Chapman, Senior Vice President of Public and Government affairs for the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), has been a long time champion and advocate for ORBA’s mission.

Joining SEMA in 2022, Karen oversees all government affairs efforts for both SEMA and the Performance Racing Industry (PRI).

Karen is an avid off-roader and is passionate about exploring our public lands in her Jeep.

We are honored to have Karen driving the strategic vision that will guide ORBA’s mission and alignment with SEMA, TORA and other industry advocacy associations.
